Short company description:
At Blue Bell Behavioral Health, we are striving to transform the health care system by taking a holistic approach to health and well-being. Join us today and let us work together to create a healthier world.
Umano Property Management: Takes a people-centered approach to serving their clients, residents, and team members.
How do you define success?: Helping others with attaining their goals and making a positive impact on the community.
How did you get started in your field or work?: I stumbled into Human Resouces & Talent Acquisition after a bumpy launch into the private sector. Currently transitioning in the mental health field. Long story, but will condense it for the podcast. 🙂
What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?:
Blue Bell Behavioral Health: Serves the rural communities of Pinal County, Arizona, in addition to the greater Phoenix area. We also build partnerships with government entities, non-profits, and other organizations to holistically serve the community.
Umano Property Management: Takes a people-centered approach to serving their clients, residents, and team members.
What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in your business?: It took me four years to convince the C-suite of Republic Services (Fortune 500 company) to build and launch our Department of Defense SkillBridge internship program. This was one of my legacies, prior to departing the organization in 2022. I don’t give up easy. 🙂
