As leaders, we are entrusted with certain responsibilities. Everything we are entrusted with should be growing and thriving on a daily basis, and preparation will be critical.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Exposure and brand awareness.

What is your approach to helping clients identify and solve key challenges?Empathy. Our team has led teams of all sizes – we know the challenges. Our ability to relate to leaders at all levels allows us to develop trust quickly, identify root causes, and apply a pathway that will move the organizations forward.

How do you tailor your coaching or consulting style to different industries?We learn about their business, goals, and challenges first. While leadership principles are similar regardless of industry, the mission, vision, and values of organizations change. By learning about their industries first, we are able to add the important cultural elements into our frameworks to help seamlessly translate to their field.

What are the most common misconceptions about consulting?People or teams feel like they have it all figured out and they don’t feel like outside perspectives can help. When in fact, it’s not just our past experience that is valuable, it’s the past experience COMBINED with the lessons learned from thousands of different conversations, teams, events that allows us to quickly assess, impact, and accelerate growth for teams and individuals.

How do you measure the success of your client engagements?In our space, it’s measured by how much freedom they create for themselves based on their ability to create other leaders beneath/around them.

What’s the most rewarding part of your work?Watching the growth in individuals. Whether is the college athletes we work with or corporate leaders, watching them turn their potential into performance is life giving!
