About Jacksonville NAPA AutoCare Business Development GroupOur group exists to increase NAPA AutoCare Brand Awareness in Jacksonville while enhancing the services we provide to our customers while providing training for technicians, service writers and owners ensuring the latest technology and information is available to all our members.
We have 27 shops in our Business Deveopment Group. All are independently owned.
What differentiates you from the competition?Our warranty. Our commitment to training. Our commitment to service. To become a NAPA AutoCare Center each shop is evaluated and approved.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Various Automotive Repairs and Maintenance services. Depending on the location. Some shops are specialty shops (Transmission, AC etc.)
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?All NAPA AutoCare Centers go through a vigorous approval process. When the NAPA AutoCare Logo is on the building of an auto repair shop it is guaranteed to meet a specific criteria. All work is warrantied for a period of 24 month or 24,000 miles.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?The cost of advertising.
