What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?The cost of advertising makes it difficult for independent small businesses to be able to compete. Billboards, radio, tv and even the internet has gotten so expensive it makes sense for us to pool our resources and NAPA's AutoCare program helps.
