If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Dr. Carr has created a business model in which he can uphold the highest standards of customer service while addressing the most complex orthopedic issues. What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?In today's healthcare landscape, especially in a place like Las Vegas’s concierge-heavy market, reputation and visibility are critical. What innovations are improving patient care in your facility?Iovera treatment. The result is that the patients have substantially reduced pain before, during and after knee replacement surgery. Most of our patients take a total of 8 pain pills during their recovery and over 100 patients have undergone knee replacement surgery without taking a single narcotic pain pill! Though we most often utilize this procedure prior to knee replacement surgery, we are using it more and more for patients that are not ready or interested in surgery for their knees. Some patients need to lose weight prior to surgery and Iovera treatment is an excellent option for reducing pain and improving function in their knees while they lose weight.

How do you ensure compassionate care across all departments?Dr. Carr routinely gives his personal cell phone number to all of his operative patients, and many of his clinical patients, so that they have 24/7 access to either himself or his team members. He also performs regular home visits with patients when necessary to guarantee the best possible outcomes.
