About Orion Solutions LLCWe are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business that provides training and maintenance support to primarily the US Navy, although we have worked with USAF and USCG.
I also serve as the Executive Director of the Jacksonville Area Ship Repair Association which represents the ship repair industry here in NE Florida.
What differentiates you from the competition?We are good partners. As a small business we provide tailored support for the customer and our big business partners. We are hungry but not greedy and treat all of our employees with respect.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?We take old sailors and put them on the podium to train young sailors how to use their sensors and weapons systems so that they can become old sailors.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?We do what we say we will do. If you need a trusted partner to win the defense contracts, we are the right people.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Marketing isn't key in this industry. Pricing and professional reputation are more important.
