Discovering the authentic essence of an enterprise is the basis for developing a powerful message that resonate with clients, customers and partners. Though this process, I often uncover valuable, or even unique, aspects of a business or product that the client has overlooked or undervalued.
What differentiates you from the competition?Uncommon depth of experience: I started out as a greeting card writer/designer, worked in eductational films, advertising agencies and as marketing/branding consultant up to the present day. I have worked in almost every industry.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Brand workshops, logos and trade dress, marketing campaigns.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Don't fear the truth. Facing a problem squarely is half-way to finding an answer. Be open to ideas, especially if they're not yours.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?I've always had two approaches to serving clients: "I can do what you want," or, "I can do what you need." The client who is willing to be transparent and honest is the one I can do the most good for. Finding these businesses is the challenge.
