If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?There are huge firms with agents involved in multiple transactions at the same time, you will be competing for their time and attention. Or you could go it alone and hope things work out. Don't fall for either extreme, partner with a dedicated pro!
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?It is increasingly essential to continually educate consumers about the value Realtors bring to the sales and purchase experiences. Also, economic factors continue to make the dream of home ownership a challenge for many Americans.
