What differentiates you from the competition?96 cents of every dollar donated goes directly to programs and ways to serve and support our community. This type of low overhead is rare in the non-profit sector - so donors should feel extremely confident that their dollars are making an impact.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Food is our currency - and we distribute approximately 50 million pounds every year across a 26 county service territory that we support.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Food insecurity can affect anyone. An unexpected job loss, an accident, a natural disaster, a medical condition - these situations can affect anyone at any time - and the St. Louis Area Foodbank is humbled to be a part of everyone's come back story.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Next year we will mark 50 years of impact across our community. As we launch the Foodbank of the Future, we want more people to really understand both who we are and what we do (size/scope of impact) and how they can join us and make a difference
