About Superbolt SolutionsSuperbolt Solutions is a leadership and culture consulting firm based in Rolesville, North Carolina, founded by Morgan Laird, a veteran with over 20 years of elite aviation and special operations experience. The company helps organizations strengthen vision, align resources, and remove barriers to execution through leadership coaching, team workshops, and strategy development. Unlike generic corporate training, Superbolt Solutions draws on real-world, high-stakes leadership lessons to build strong people, strong teams, and ultimately strong organizations. Their approach emphasizes measurable outcomes like engagement, retention, and performance.
What differentiates you from the competition?I provide stress inoculation through my leadership programs that are completely different from traditional workshops.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers? The First In program combines elements of special operations assessments & selections, training, and human development to create an experience that allows people to step into the version of themselves they see in the mirror.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Don’t run from adversity, run to it - what you’ve been looking for is on the other side of that challenge!
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Showing how & why I’m different from other leadership development organizations.

What is your approach to helping clients identify and solve key challenges? I have them address what is the version of life they think about, but don’t chase. Then I have them write down what is holding them back from chasing that dream…then we begin our journey!

How do you tailor your coaching or consulting style to different industries? People are all different – I meet people where they’re at. If technical competency is required, I’ll sub-contract someone with the appropriate background to advise me on this “tribe”

What are the most common misconceptions about consulting? That it’s a workshop based platform that doesn’t help solve their actual problems and improve their bottom line.

How do you measure the success of your client engagements? That they walk out of there headed in the direction they believe in!

What trends are influencing the future of consulting and coaching? Lots of different modalities (equine therapy, EQ testing, personality assessments, etc.) Sometimes I think everyone is chasing the next psych profile assessment – and aren’t spending time on themselves.

What’s the most rewarding part of your work? Unlocking the spirit of people to be who they’re meant to be.

What skills do you think are essential for future consultants or coaches? Being interested versus interesting, and investing in relationships.
