About Team Building/Getka SEAL Mindset, LLCAt Getka SEAL Mindset, we train athletic teams, business teams, and individuals pursuing a Navy Warrior Challenge contract (SEAL, SWCC, EOD, AIRR, Diver). Our training program is designed to enhance team cohesion, individual performance, and team effectiveness by utilizing the proven training techniques our founder implemented during his tenure as a Navy SEAL instructor. Emphasis is placed on leadership, effective communication, attention to detail, integrity, and teamwork.
What differentiates you from the competition?Retired Navy SEAL with over 20 years of experience in training high-performance teams in challenging and demanding environments. Selected as Instructor of the Year (1999) for the Naval Special Warfare Center. Trained over 2,400 BUD/S students.
