Short company description:

Realize-365 is a clinician built healthcare AI platform that turns complex, fragmented medical records into clear, organized and actionable patient information. By helping clinicians understand a patient’s complete medical history faster, it supports better informed clinical decisions, reduces administrative burden and unnecessary costs, and ultimately yields improved patient outcomes.

If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?

As a clinician, you already have an exorbitant amount to valuable information inside your patients’ medical records. The problem is that much of it is buried, fragmented and difficult to find. Realize-365 unlocks that information so clinicians can spend less time searching, organizations can reduce inefficiency and costs, and patients receive accurate, faster diagnosis and treatment.

What differentiates you from the competition?

We started with the clinical problem, not the technology. Realize-365 was designed by clinicians for clinicians who understand the huge time involved with searching through fragmented medical records, often over the course of many years. That clinical foundation shapes everything we build, from how information is structured and verified back to its source, to how it can be viewed through the needs of many different specialties and across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

How has your business changed in the past 12 months?

Over the past 12 months, Realize-365 has grown from ann idea born by my clinical experience as a nurse in a global health-tech company, Microsoft partner, and enterprise platform now working with healthcare organizations and hospital pilots across several continents. It’s been a remarkable journey from identifying a problem in healthcare to building technology with the potential to chance how clinicians undersatnd and use medical information quickly and more accurately, thus improving patient outcomes.

Describe a Failure in your Career

One of the biggest struggles was taking my vision to fruition. I had the vision for a long time, but it was only when I found the right people who believed in the mission and brought a diverse set of skills, that I was able to turn the idea into a real scalable business.

What about your company makes you the most proud

A nurse vision for healthcare improvement became reality in improving patient outcomes across the globe.

How do you motivate people to give their best?

Frequent thank you’s and both to the individual in public settings where I am speaking. Always acknowledging their contributions that have benefited our progress.
