Dr. Jennifer Quartano
CEO at All Together Wellness

Short company description:
All Together Wellness is a multidisciplinary wellness center dedicated to supporting women, children, and families through every stage of life. Founded by Dr. Jenny Quartano, a pediatric physical therapist and functional medicine provider, the practice blends pediatric therapy, women’s health, functional medicine, and early learning programs to create a truly holistic model of care. With a strong focus on community, education, and empowering families, All Together Wellness is working to redefine what healthcare and wellness can look like when providers collaborate and support the whole person—not just symptoms.
How do you define success?
For me, success is multi-dimensional.
As a provider, success means helping families not only heal, but truly thrive — creating a ripple effect that transforms health outcomes for generations to come.
As a business owner, it means cultivating a team of balanced, compassionate professionals who feel fulfilled in their work and empowered to uplift the families we serve.
And personally, success means living in alignment with what I teach — nurturing work-life balance, practicing meaningful self-care, and prioritizing longevity through a grounded, regulated nervous system.
What lessons from sports have you applied to your personal life and career?
Progress Beats Perfection: In sports (and life), no one gets stronger sitting on the sidelines waiting for the perfect plan. You show up, you practice, you grow. That mindset translates beautifully into wellness — healing happens through consistent effort, not flawless execution. Teamwork Makes the Hard Stuff Easier Even in individual sports, there’s a coach, a cheer squad, a training partner. In a time when many providers have chosen to go out on their own, my business model has always been about curating a perfect team — no one thrives in isolation. Sometimes You Just Need to Tape It and Go Whether it’s a bum ankle or a chaotic week, sometimes “good enough” is the winning strategy.
What strategies do you use to improve your performance?
I believe you can’t manage what you aren’t measuring. This means tying meaningful goals to objective measures – not just theories. And then showing up each day with habits that move us in the direction of improvement. It means accepting some days those are small movements and some days they’re big wins–but nonetheless movement each day.
Can You Discuss a Time When You Had to Work with a Team to Achieve a Goal?
This year, we have gone through a massive renovation and growth as a team. It required collaboration both in and outside of our team to make progress for our clients continue while we underwent active construction. Leveraging communication and innovation, we came out stronger on the other side and have a beautiful space to continue to serve more families now.

Steve:
Welcome back to another episode of Buzzworthy Businesses. I’m Steve Strum, joining us today. In her studio, virtually to our studio is Doctor Jenny Quartano from Altogether Wellness. Welcome to the show, my dear. Thank you. Thank you for having me. I appreciate you coming. I know we were talking a little bit off set, about you, as a doctor, you help women’s health and women and children through what is known as a holistic practice. Can you give us a little bit about what that means?
Jennifer:
Yeah, absolutely. So I’ve had Altogether Wellness for about three years with a focus on bringing together young families, women who are struggling through things that women go through, whether that preconception, pregnancy postpartum all the way up through perimenopause and everything in between. And I think we spend so much time focusing on children, particularly children with extra needs, that we wanted to have that space that was available for women as well. So we welcome families here together. It’s a place where you can connect, relax and get the help you need to holistically better your life.
Steve:
So when we talk about holistic medicine versus traditional medicine, I know that a lot of people, you know, think that there is sometimes an answer that’s considered drugs, and then there’s sometimes an answer that’s not considered drugs. So when you talk about your, your the difference that you’re that your company does and that your practice has for your patients, what is that difference. So what is the value proposition that you guys have that makes that difference where people want to come check you out versus sometimes more of the traditional medication based?
Jennifer:
Yeah, absolutely. So I think you hit the nail on the head. Right. Medications are often a cover for the symptom. And so they might make you feel better in the short term. But we’re not getting to that root cause. And so our approach is to really dive in deep to your lifestyle, your lives, whatever else is going on and really figure out what’s the root cause of the symptoms you’re having. And how do we help you start to feel better? For good, not just as a bandaid, but to improve your life from here on out.
Steve:
I, I understand, some of this as best as I can. My wife and I have four wonderful kiddos, that are, you know, go between, Gosh, now almost 17 and almost 23. And so having the life stages on these young men and women, to help them kind of be their best selves. And then, of course, my wife is, you know, she’ll be 29 forever. So we’re good there, Tiffany. 29 forever. But, you know, I guess as, as we, as we kind of talk about that. Right? So when first off, where is your facility located? That’s probably a good thing. How do people find you?
Jennifer:
Yeah, absolutely. So we have an office in Jacksonville Beach. We’re happy to see people here. A lot of what we do within that functional realm and holistic health can also be done virtually. So if you’re hearing this and you’re thinking, we’re just not close enough for you, we would love to still serve you. We can talk about what that looks like, but we do have the office here. We welcome everybody to come and find us. And then online you can find this at AltogetherWellness.net.
Steve:
So as we take it away, if you’re to leave our audience, whether it’s the mom, mom with kids, young lady who’s just dealing with some of the things that ladies deal with as we progress through life, what would be that one piece of advice that you would leave our audience for today is they’re going, gosh, do I need to go check out Doctor Jenny?
Jennifer:
Yeah. You know, so I think so many times we are told our labs are normal, things are fine. This is just what it’s like. And I think that’s the piece that I want to challenge women on. If you don’t feel your best, if you’re not sleeping your best, if you’re just feeling sluggish, you don’t have to live that way. There are so many opportunities for us to get to the root of what’s going on and really help you feel your best, and we’re here to do that.
