How long have you been in your industry?15+
Why did you choose your industry? It was one of my first jobs out of college and it just stuck with me being promoted from client success to sales. I never looked back. I have made an entire career as a sales professional in the infrastructure industry along with numerous other industries to include, software sales and cybersecurity.
Who are your typical clients? We have clients that span numerous industries and typically fortune 500, mid-market and large enterprise clients.
What do you like best about being in this industry? It's a fast paced exciting industry that changes all the time. I enjoy providing solutions that help people and companies run more efficiently.
What are common problems you see?The common problems I see in our industry are companies engaging with partners or have customers but subsequently don't have enough resources to continue to support the company properly. Customers are sometimes left high and dry when a problem arises with their service. Crown Castle prides ourselves on having a dedicated account team to support our customers and provide white glove service from end to end.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Get to know your account team, build a relationship to understand who your resources are when you need them. Do your due diligence when building this relationship, ask questions, be curious!
When is your busy season?Every season is very busy.
What keeps you up at night? Not being able to provide a full turn key solution to a customer. Also my teenagers. lol
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?I use multiple forms of marketing to expand my business to include but not limited to free advertisement using social media, contacting my customers, inside marketing campaigns, prospecting accounts.
How involved are you in the community?I am very involved in non-profits, chamber events and working with our local partners.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity?Guardian Ad Litem program and Girls of Virtue
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Keep your chin up when someone says no. Never give up when prospecting. Don't take things personal. Be curious and be helpful. Don't approach and ask for something. Offer something.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?I enjoy being outdoors in beautiful North Florida, working out, sporting events, concerts and spending time with my family doing anything.
