How did you get started in your field or work?
Retired from the Army and transitioned into small business owner.
What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?
Emotional Intelligence: We believe that without growth in emotional intelligence there will not be true growth as a leader.
What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in your business?
Coming out of the Army with so much support from a wide variety of skillsets, I found it difficult to navigate the technical aspects of starting a small business. Creating a website, improving SEO, and managing social media have all been a challenge.
